Had to deal with a difficult tenant whom claimed mold. RA defiantly knows how to handle these situations. Drywall, texture & paint was fast and efficient. Would recommend to all property managers. If you have "mold" issues Call RA!!

I cannot say enough good things about Michell, Enrique, and their team. They made this process quick and very easy. They had my rental painted with new baseboards and sparkling clean within just a few days.
