PW Stephens was great to work with and we felt like they cared. Sal was extremely helpful in navigating us through our abatement issues and the difficulties of dealing with the insurance company. They were easy to work with and feel like our home is safer and better because of their outstanding work.
Susan and her team from PW Stephens were enlisted by Serve Pro after asbestos had been found in the shared wall between our neighbors townhouse and our place. Serve Pro was taking care of the damage caused by a burst water line from our neighbors water heater when they noticed mold in the walls and recommended PW Stephens.Susan was very thorough and informative from the get go. And her response time was very quick whenever I had any follow up questions. Her asbestos removal team was also incredibily punctual and thorough when it came to protecting our home and sectioning off any potential areas of exposure.
I appreciate all the assistance and extra care We have received from PW Stephenson Environmental services. We are in the middle of an unexpected remodel. They have eased our stress and jumped in immediately to get the job done. Keeping us informed along the way. We are still in the middle of this adventure but they have been a pleasure to work with this team so far. I feel we are in the best hands.
