“Dr. Patel and his assistant were excellent! The one issue at this office is the elevator. Both days we were here, it was out of order or not opened up to get to the office. Today I was finally able to get someone to unlock the elevator. My mom is 94 and can't walk 18 stairs to get into the building. They need to improve upon this situation. The check-in staff could be friendlier and should at least apologize for the inconvenience. Dr. Patel, however, is wonderful. We will stay with him. He is professional, caring and I'm glad we found such a good opthomologist.“
