Worst mani pedi I’ve had in a decade. It was my first and last time here. Polish all over my fingers. Paid extra for callus removal and I still have calluses. After 2 days, the polish is coming off. Candy was rude. The only pro here is the woman who books appointments and gets waters. She was extremely kind.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Gel manicure was fine, the massage was uncomfortable her nails were digging into me more than her hands were. I wanted a light blue aura with a black base for my gel manicure, I’ve had technicians use blooming gel for the center or for lighter colors they use matte and eye shadow. The technician kept insisting I wanted cat eye which I did not want after attempting to do my nails but failing. Another technician had to do my nails, she tried and it was unsuccessful. I had to sit there to get a whole different manicure and even then they lost my color some other employee took it. It was way too much of a spectacle. The ladies were kind enough but honestly them speaking Vietnamese the whole time when there is an issue is uncomfortable cause clearly there is a problem, but there was no accommodation or discount nothing. Will not be going to this salon and so not recommend.

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming, and I felt so uncomfortable that I had to stop the service halfway through. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This was my first visit, and unfortunately, I’ve never felt more unwelcome by a staff. I felt profiled, as I was asked to pay for the service upfront—which I understand is sometimes policy—but I noticed that my family members were not treated the same way. The inconsistent treatment left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable.

Been going to this shop for nearly 10 years. While I miss the cocktails that used to accompany all services, I would never go anywhere else. These people are all very kind and personable. I love that they have both male and female workers and it helps make my husband more comfortable going in with me. I usually just get gel manicure and reg pedicure but I've seen the work they do on other clients and I've never seen anyone walk out without a smile.

I hate there service its so dirty and there workers do not know what to do i will never back again, when i want home after 15 minutes my whole nails peeled off.

Worst experience. The color was wrong and he kept putting more coats of darker colors to try and fix it. My nails are uneven, have bumps and not clean. He didn't file them down correctly. I'm sure some of the techs are good but I can not recommend.

terrible service, did not listen to my desired length AND didn’t do the french tip design I wanted but still charged me SIXTY DOLLARS ! for some trident gum ahh nails DONT COME HERE!!! “ou la la” my ass! 😡
