I came in here a couple weeks back and I think they're under new ownership. They have barriers between you and the tech which is great. I got a pedicure and didn't have to wait as I called 20 minutes before. Got a regular pedicure for $25 and they use hot stone to massage your legs which is so nice and luxurious!!! The guy doing my nails was very friendly and did a perfect job. They even use a disposable bag over the pedicure tub for sanitation purposes. 10/10 recommend!

I walked in today and asked if they were taking walk ins. The lady said they were and I was asked to pick a color after going through their standard Covid procedures. There were about 5 techs sitting around so I thought to myself, "Great! I'll get in right away." She asks me if I can sit and wait a little. No problem, although I'm not sure what I'm waiting for since they were not busy and I was the ONLY customer in the place. I waited for about 15 minutes when I noticed they were all on their phones or doing their own nails and one of them was even putting in hair tinsel on another nail tech at the front desk! Awful experience. When I expressed my dislike I was talked down to multiple times and passed around from nail tech to nail tech. I was in a fish bowl the entire time. Ended up leaving crying.
