LZ built my ADU in 2023. Working with them went very well. They stuck to contract price even when unexpected snags occurred. In my case they wanted to tie into the house sewer in my garage but when unexpected piping was found in the slab they rerouted the sewer pipe. All this was done with no extra charge. I did do contract mods as I realized opportunities to improve the design and their pricing for the changes were very reasonable. I lived in my house as the ADU was built so I saw it every day. My mother first hired LZ Construction almost 20 years ago for a kitchen add-on remodel. We were immediately impressed with the design of the kitchen, quality cabinetry and countertops, and the overall professional work, which LZ Construction provided. The kitchen has truly withstood the test of time, along with many parties and celebrations and still looks fantastic!

We used LZ to add on a full master suite onto the back of our house. They listened to our must-haves and wants and designed an amazing space for us. Our master bedroom is now our oasis complete with a huge walk-in closet. It was easy because they dealt with the architectural plans and permits. The contract was easy to understand and laid out a logical payment plan as work was completed. They answered all our questions whenever they came up. Michael and Richard were great to work with and never hesitated to come out and check on things.
