Recently went in for an acupuncture appointment (with Dr. James Verdi) for overall body and shoulder pain, and really enjoyed the experience. After the session I felt deeply relaxed, lighter and more flexible, and noticed the overall pain had drastically reduced - I noticed this the most in my lower back. Before the session I couldn't bend down without feeling tightness and pain and after the session I could bend down without any restrictions and pain.

This was my first time here. Christina was an excellent massage therapist. She really took the time to listen to what I needed and focused on the specific areas I asked her to target. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend her to others and will be coming back to see her again.

I saw Aly in October and she was amazing! I had had some neck pain but she really helped my whole body out. Made me realize how much tension I had been holding. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgable. I will definitely be back, If I could I would see her every month!
