This is the BEST all service spa!! I am 100% disabled and on oxygen but it doesn't bother them at all!!! They are so kind and gentle with me and my experience is so pleasant and the work is amazing!!! I have found my forever spa for all of my needs...

Today I wanted to have very simple French almond nails done here. A woman named Kim was doing my nails. They were the most disgusting French almond nails I have ever done. Even though I told her that she was doing crooked and thick nails, she still didn't understand. She wiped them off and did the same thing. Even when I wanted to change it, she objected and tried to do my nails again. Finally, I got tired of it and told her to do whatever you are doing. My nails got messed up and she didn't clean the insides of my nails either, she left them the same way. On top of that, she made my nails bleed every now and then and as if she hadn't made them bleed, she was still going through it with a file. And if you guys wanna come here don’t go to her. She is name Kim.

I got my nails filled at a different salon and 1 broke. I called the other place and they were "too busy" to fix my nail same day. I went into Femme Fatale and Mi Mi fixed my nail immediately and even matched the color! Excellent customer service and beautiful nail! I will definitely be going back for my fills with Mi Mi!!!

The absolute best Nail, Hair and spa that I have been to in San Diego in 25 years. Whole staff is amazing and amazing at their job. Jessie, Mimi, Kate and Nancy are the best at what they do in all of San Diego. Everyone should be going here you will not be disappointed.
