I had Family Interiors install motorized blinds throughout my new home in early 2025. I am very pleased with the product so far.
I am updating my review to 5 stars! After a brief communication delay, the owner reached out immediately to address the battery issue with my motorized blinds. They were incredibly professional and prioritized clear instructions. I’ve used these blinds daily since early 2025, and while technical issues can happen with high-use items, it’s the way a company stands behind their work that matters most. We had old floors removed and new hardwood installed. As part of the work they sealed our cement slab resolving a reoccurring water issue. They also removed and replaced the treads and risers on my stairs, fixing a squeaking issue that has been a problem for a decade.
Communication with the team was always great and they showed up when they said they would and always cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended
