Much appreciation for East Mountain Pool, I had several issues with my pool from chemical imbalances & myriad of computer malfunctions & parts. I can attest various technicians/Management at each turn went above & beyond helping myself & family facilitate placing our pool back in pristine operation. All without exorbitant charges.

We built a new pool in 2022, and East Mountain Pool & Spa was highly recommended by many of our friends for regular maintenance. Their customer service is top-notch, and we can always count on our pool running and feeling great. During an uncommonly huge rainstorm this year, our pool ended up filled with mud after our storm runoff got blocked by debris. I asked East Mountain what we'd need to do, and the owner, Shane, was at our home to visually inspect the damage and come up with a game plan within an hour.
