Great and very helpful folks. Had a ton of questions about maintaining our spa and they took the time to walk me through the process. Explain what all the chemical we inherited with the spa where and how they are used. Very glad to have found them and looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
We love Rudy !!! He has been taking care of our pool for the last few years and we haven’t been happier... Our last guy was great but he had issues with all of our dogs ... but Rudy no issue with them they love him too!!!!always has plenty of dog treats!!! Always at our home on the day scheduled , leaves us information when needed, extremely respectful to our family. Oh the pool ..... crystal clear and chemicals balanced!!!! As long as my husband doesn’t mess with them we’re good!!!!! Thank you Kathie Fawcett
I've had East Mountain Pool service since 2014 and no problem. The service men have mostly been efficient and respectful, telling me in advance of any problems with motor/filter/hoses which needed attention/cleaning. In all this time I had only one small incident early on of a worker 'in a rush' and reported it - with no reoccurrence. I highly recommend the store and the at home service. Sorry another reviewer had a bad experience. I've found the store and home workers very nice over the last 3-1/2 years with only one very small price increase during that entire time, where many services raise prices several times a year
