Reuven took his time in educating us on the current unit we had, and then spent time and answered all our questions regarding the upgraded furnace and condenser. We felt very confident moving forward with him and his team. They did a thorough job, paid attention to detail on replacing vents, and we were so happy with the entire process start to finish.
