I'm not a contractor., but they were happy to sell to me. I called in advance about some chain link fence supplies. Joshua explained I would need to create an account which could take some time, but he emailed the forms and I was able to do that and email it back in advance. Once we got there, we did wait a bit while they cut our poles but the service was prompt and courteous, and they were VERY careful about loading the posts into the bed of our pickup.
Another highlight of the visit were the prices - chain link line poles were about half the cost of ... some other places. I wish I had found BFS sooner, but glad I did!
First time buying at this place, I had a great customer service from Nathaly. I was looking for special order fence panels and BFC was this only place that was able to get those panels for me. Order arrived on time and I found great selection of products and good prices.
