We had a heater and air conditioner installed by Bob Jenson Air Conditioning & Heating 28 years ago, and it was just now showing signs of wear. Pouria came out to service it, and pointed out some concerns, showing us pictures and taking carbon monoxide levels and explaining everything clearly. We decided we should get a quote for a new system, and Pouria was able to get Connor out just a couple of hours later. Connor did a full assessment and listened to our specific needs and concerns, and gave us about 4 different options of systems. He helped us choose an affordable option that fully met our needs and exceeded our expectations. This week, Ivan and Greg worked to install our system. Our old house posed a few challenges, but Ivan was very skilled and knowledgeable and professional, and he and Greg got things done, both with a good attitude and kindness. Today Bob Jenson replaced all of the heating and air conditioning ducting in our attic in one day. We have a four bedroom 2700 sq ft single story home, so this was a lot of ducting to remove and install. George Antonio and Oscar arrived on time at 8:00am and worked hard all day to complete this major job. They were careful, considerate, and cleaned up perfectly after they were done. We are very pleased with their work, product and results.
