Everything was explained in detail and in plain language that was easy to understand. Prices were reasonable. Gave options but it did not feel a pressured sales push.

We had an excellent experience with Charles from Blue Diamond when our AC suddenly stopped working. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly.
Charles quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the primary drain line was clogged, which was shutting down our system. He went above and beyond—cutting and clearing the line, vacuuming it out, cleaning the trap assembly and hose, and making sure everything was sealed and put back together properly. He even checked the system’s performance afterwards and confirmed it was cooling efficiently with a 17.3-degree split.
