This company is the bomb! I get screwed over by almost everyone that I hire for anything including the company that installed my AC, but Blue Diamond has never screwed me over. They go above and beyond in fixing whatever is needed and never over charge me, plus it's always right the first time. I absolutely love them! I will never use another AC company other than them, and I've been with them for years now. I have a service contract with them which is inexpensive, and they are always on top of coming out and doing the service checkups. Everything was explained in detail and in plain language that was easy to understand. Prices were reasonable. Gave options but it did not feel a pressured sales push.
We paid for the diagnostic and a capacitor replacement, and signed up for the yearly service plan, to catch things that were missed previously.
