I called about a beeping smoke alarm, and an actual person answered!!! He was knowledgeable and helpful, and I was able to fix the problem.

I spoke with a tech and we decided on a time for an install. They were busy, so we decided on a month out. There was no confirmation, so I called the day before. Call went straight to voice-mail. Ieft a message but never heard from them, never saw them. Maybe they closed? Or residential is too small potatoes.

I was calling around trying get a Tiffany style lamp fixed and they were responsive. Didn't get the lamp fixed, but the courtesy and service over phone was the best I received on this project.
