All the staff was more than kind. My 14-year-old shepherd Biscuit has not been feeling herself for several months. I had a feeling she wasn’t well and my instincts were correct. She had more going on than I could ever imagine. Thanks to Dr. Johnson and his staff at All God’s creatures veterinary Hospital I now have peace of mind. That I am on the right track with her care. Bless You All!!
I am so grateful for the staff and doctor at All God’s Creatures for taking on the treatment my brother’s dog Sasha, who was hit by a car last week. Her damaged rib cage punctured a lung and her pelvis is shattered. They took her right in and evaluated which wounds could heal on their own and which required surgery. They kept her over night the first night and staff gave us updates with pictures throughout the night and next day until she was ready to be sent home for in home care. They knew my disabled brother was financially limited and expenses would high and worked with us on a discounted rate and time to make payments as well as recommending her need for financial assistance to a foundation they work with in cases like hers. Pain management during healing needed before surgery is being guided while we care for her at home. It’s not easy to see her in pain or cry to us about what she’s going through but thanks to them she’s comfortable enough to be home with us until she’s ready for surgery. She’s doing well and we look forward a check up tomorrow to be sure her recovery is on track and her pain treatment plan is sufficient. I’ve never felt more compassion from and confidence in a medical team as I do right now that they are doing the best possible to provide support for everything my brother and Sasha need. They have assured us that Sasha will recover and the cost would not prevent her access to treatment. My brother has a severe brain injury and Sasha understands his inability to communicate, she nurtures him and stays by his side at times of his needs for comfort. She is his mental and emotional support through constant challenges he has coping throughout the day and if he could say thank you, he would.
I took my girl in for a hematoma repair & to get a few growths removed. I mentioned a lump she had that her previous vet Dx last year as a lipoma, without testing it. It was tested yesterday & it's a mast cell tumor. They treated my girl like she was a queen. Gabby sent me photos & text updates today while she was there for her ultrasound & loved on her as if she were her own dog. Everyone there was kind & compassionate while I was losing my mind. I've found a new vet.
