“I feel like I’ve been to 10,000,000 nail salons around Chino and Chino Hills, and somehow I ended up staying loyal to this one. The owner is genuinely kind and treats customers more like friends than clients.<br><br>One time I walked in just asking for help removing leftover product from ONE nail because I couldn’t do it myself after trying multiple times at home. Honestly, most places would probably charge for that, but they helped me and didn’t charge me anything. I ended up giving a $5 tip because I appreciated the kindness so much — and at that point I had only visited the salon once before.<br><br>After that experience, I stopped going anywhere else. Every time I come in, they are patient and never make me feel rushed, even though I can be very picky about choosing different colors for each nail. Other salons often act annoyed or charge extra for everything: more colors, dip, French tip… suddenly everything becomes “$5 more.” Here, the pricing feels fair and the service feels genuine.<br><br>Love this place and highly recommend it!!”
