The technician, Isaac, was very professional. Low key and quiet and very diligent worker. He paid strict attention to what he was doing, and was able to fix...instead of replace my Williams gas furnace. He also gave me suggestions for future maintenance to ensure my system works properly. Isaac came out and did a service on our old unit. Cleaned it all up and made sure everything was working great. He added some items to extend the life of the unit. Always great techs.
The problem of a refrigerant leak was isolated very efficiently with thorough checks by Isaac. Replacement of the coil in the wall unit of the heat pump system went smoothly and efficiently. Isaac and Jake were really great professionals and knew exactly what they were doing. 100% satisfied customer here. The unit was under warranty so we paid nothing (even though the options for price in this review form had no provision for $0).
