Absolutely terrible customer service and the system is faulty all the time: the central fire alarm system would beep very loudly every 7 seconds during the middle of the night when nothing was going on. We called the customer service and were told that the system was normal. We had to get up from bed at middle of the night to silence the alarm almost EVERY NIGHT. So be prepared to buy and use ear plugs every night if you want to use their service as our calls and emails were ignored and the company did not show any respect to customers. Stay away!
