Victor installed a new central air and heat system end of 2020 - came with a 15 year warranty. Tried using the central heat, but did not work. Called for service, and was told Victor would not service our unit. Was not given a reason for service refusal. Have been unable to reach Victor for assistance. Will need to file a claim.

Gomez Heating and Air Conditioning installed a 4-room split system at my father's house in 2016. There where always issues and problems and it never really worked. Leaks, both refrigerant and condensate all over. My parents ended up using electric floor heaters in the winter since the system didn't work. Crazy. There is a hole stack of email, letters, and complaints to both Gomez & Mitsubishi. No resolve, terrible customer service and no sense of ownership both Gomez and Mitsubishi. I my eyes, Gomez is a grab, install and go & forget company of the worse kind. Beware of what you are asking for if you ask them for a quote. Ultimately, I had the system ripped out 2 months ago and installed a traditional forced air HAVC system. Comparing prices from 2016 to today and taking inflation and price increases into account it was cheaper, even with needing replace the old duct work. Do your homework and ask for many direct references.

Gomez Heating and Air Conditioning installed my system 9 years ago. My AC unit was not working, so I called them to repair it. They installed a $15 part and charged me $185 for it and two hours of labor . They were there for 20 minutes. The system did not work two weeks later . I called them back and they determined that a new fan motor was needed. It was still under warranty. Three weeks later I finally got them to return and install the part. I had asked three times for an estimate and they did not respond. The day prior to the installation, I was told that I would be charged $120 for a service call and $120per hour work. The technician was there for 1 hour and 10 minutes and presented me with a bill for $770. I protested and he said, "OK, $500". I said I would speak with the office and settle the bill. He said" we try to get what we can". The next day, the office called and sent me a bill for $480. They said they were billing for 3 hours at $120 which included travel time and time to get the part. I will most likely file a commplaint against them for their billing practices. Do not hire this company. They will cheat you!
