Dr. Smith got me in last minute at her Carmichael office for an emergency with my green cheek conure, who consumed something while out playing that made her ill and very lethargic. I was extremely worried and anxious and Dr. Smith and the clinic's receptionists handled everything really well, with so much kindness and patience. She went above and beyond with testing to make sure I was confident in the diagnosis and it was safe to bring her home. It was also extremely affordable - I have been to both Roseville Bird and Pet Clinic and the UC Davis veterinary school and paid literally triple for much less. I could not thank or recommend Dr. Smith enough.

Our goose had a long term medical condition that ultimately forced us to make the difficult decision to have her euthanized. Dr. Smith and her staff were caring and sensitive about the situation. We could not have asked for a more gentle ending.

I live quite far from specialty avian clinics and needed a second opinion about my chickens. My husband had driven my sick chicken to my regular avian vet 2 hours away, they informed him that the hen needed a $3000 surgery or to be put down right away.
