I bought a home in Placerville recently that had an unusual combination of old and new electrical system. This was complicated by the fact that the line from PG&E into the house crossed a very busy street and was hung much lower than current code allows for safety. Initially, PG&E sought to have me cover the cost of sending a new wire across the street and into a receiver that I had Carnahan install much higher on my house. We had a potentially devastating electrical problem at our house that two other electrical companies couldn’t solve. With estimated repairs being anywhere from 3k to 13k depending on what they found. These guys were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable and found the issue almost immediately. The fix was done in 2 hours, and they were genuinely happy for us that the work was simple and straightforward. We have power back at our house after almost two weeks and couldn’t be happier with the service!
