I was able to get an appointment fast. The front desk lady was nice and friendly. When I walked into the office, it seemed clean and there was Hawaiian music playing... felt pretty tranquil to be honest and I was just in the middle of planning my trip to North Shore... so just felt right. The doctor was nice and friendly. She asked me a lot of questions and focused in on the areas I was struggling with. Before she started straight to adjustments, she recommended I use electro therapy and a heat pack to warm/loosen up the area before she made any adjustments. When I had injured my back several years ago, I tried a number of solutions including my family doctor, but none were able to cure my pain. After only two visits with Better Health, most of my pain was relieved and I was able to move without difficulty within a weeks time. I've continued to use them for massages and treatments to keep my back from further injury or pain and have always been satisfied.Their staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr. Chung provides great feedback.

I am so grateful for my girls at Better Health Chiropractic!! This seriously is such a comforting place to get treated at after such traumas such as bad car accidents as I was and many of Dr. Jonie's patients have also been. The women attending the front desk are so nice and caring and never rude. They also perform your physical therapy for you (Joanna from there does the massages which are the BEST and she is so knowledgeable in what she does! I saw and felt so much relief from her massages).
