Went in the other day to get a tour and TJ was so informative and extremely helpful! He was very patient and didn't mind answering any questions I had and even gave info that I wouldn't have even thought to ask! Definitely made me want to be apart of this gym. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

So far the best planet fitness location I've been to. Equipment is clean and tidy. The only couple complaints are that the music is a bit too loud, that I can still hear it through my noise cancelling earbuds, and a group of teenagers that frequent the location constantly grunting, yelling, dropping weights, even asking the staff to turn on the lunk alarm for them. I'm just here to workout in peace.

I visit this location several times in the past months… I was very pleased with cleanliness of the shower area along with the whole facility. This location here n Diamond Bar is very clean as well as Rowing Heights …and the music is awesome … I will be back…
