A gentleman here is nice, fast and honest. I took an old designer purse to fix the hook and he showed me how to fix this if it becomes loose again and didn't charge me anything. I insist on paying but he didn't take it so i left a tip in the box. I used to take my pumps here many yrs ago, so happy to see him still there. Hope he remains open for a long time.

I has given up on shoe repair shops because of the poor quality and service but then I found this shoe repair shop and was happy with the service and quality repair work, reasonable price as well.

I would give 5 stars but the price was a little high. The guy was friendly, quick with the service and did exactly what he said he would do and told me the price before he started. I love that I called and he said to bring it right over and was able to finish it in less than an hour. I would recommend him with the caveat that make sure your boots are worth the price of repair as my boots were probably the same price as the repair but they were my favorite pair and now have even more life left in them so I had to get it done
