This was my first time getting gel X nails, and it was a really enjoyable experience! It was a spur-of-the-moment idea because I previously had a difficult week, and it totally made me feel better. My nail tech was super gentle and made sure to check with me every step because of the language barrier. The designed nails (with the clouds) were 5 bucks each. The nails with the stars were 3 bucks each. Gel X cost 70 bucks. The total was 86 bucks.

Ill admit I completely forgot to book my nail appointment before the wedding so was scurrying around looking for somewhere to get a great look. Given the wedding was in 2 days, I don't have the time to fix a bad mail job. Kay's came through for me! I made an appointment for my mom and myself through Yelp messages. The location is near, but not in the H mart plaza in Diamond bar, conveniently down the street from the 60 FWY. Three people were working including the owner. They gave great recommendations for what to do for toes, hands, and had a wide selection of OPI and other brands. really really glad i came to kay's for a pedicure! i got a regular pedi (no gel) which was $22, very reasonably priced. i also decided i didn't like the first color i chose and my nail tech had no issues with changing it for me :~) they were super nice and efficient! wish they had some music playing, they had a tv and it was playing football for some reason LOL but not a big deal! parking can be kind of a pain but the quality of the pedicure was worth it. i will definitely be back :~)
