Tells you what to expect and time frames etc. And if you have any questions or worries you can call her anytime. I'm very happy so far. I had my lips done from another location twice, and it didn't last very long at all. Nore did I get the effect I wanted. Didn't even realize what they could look like until Aleese did them. I got my lips back.! They're shaped perfect and look like they did 15 years ago. I'm really happy. Didnt get any lumps or knots. Was explained as what I should do for the following 24 hrs after procedure so I wouldn't have any knots/lumps. I'm truely happy with everything! Thank you Aleese.“

The pain with tattoo removal will vary as each session but there's music in background and they provide a stress ball to help. Plus the nurse/laser person is great at making conversation so time will be fast. The tattoo removal sessions are affordable and the customer service is amazing!
