i'm really glad i found a local plumber who is responsive and very good at troubleshooting. We have a rental in Diamond Bar where the tenant reported an extremely high water bill, most likely from a leak somewhere on the property. When i called, they were able to fit us in within about 30 minutes, which was incredibly fast and very helpful. dale arrived right on time and went over the issue with the tenant. There were no sounds of running water inside the house, but the meter was spinning very quickly, which clearly pointed to a leak. This was the second time I used a plumbing service for a clogged sewer line, and again they did a great job. I got home from work and found out the bathroom had started to back up, so I checked the outdoor cleanout and saw the main sewer line was clogged again from tree roots. Dale arrived even earlier than expected, after updating me about another service call, and got right to work. The plumber cleared the drain line fast, and everything was flowing properly again in about 30 minutes. The price was also much better than other plumbers I checked with. Great plumbing work, quick response, and very reliable service. They will definitely keep my business.
