I couldn't have had more courteous people! It was a small job - cutting a flowerbed into my patio (tile and thick concrete - their work was excellent! I live on a golf course. They were very courteous to the golfers, stopping their work during tee-offs.
On a brutally hot Saturday night in July, 2021 my old a/c roof top system breathed its last. Erkies was the only contractor who was willing to come out on Sunday and have a new unit installed and humming by Tuesday morning. Because my partner was in hospice at home at the time, Erkies, on its own initiative, lent us a portable a/c and vented it through a sliding glass door so my partner would be comfortable until the new unit was installed. Erkies can also be relied on for easily booked service calls and to promptly arrive at the time scheduled. Finally, in the end, Erkies can be counted on to honor their warranty and repair or replace any items that might prove defective. Highly recommended, definitely 5 Stars. Ask for Mike!
Great spot! Sandra was professional, kind, and does beautiful work. She took her time, and made sure I was happy with my tat. This is my new go-to tattoo spot from now on. I plan to get more work done based on how she did my tattoo. Definitely recommend.

I have been to Fredielyn multiple times and each time she does a fantastic job. My skin is so clear and healthy and youthful. I am coming back to her for derma planing and a facial. Fredielyn has great bedside manner and frequently asks how I am doing to make sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend her, she I worth every penny!

I have nothing but praise for Davis Hernandez and Straight Edge Tile of Desert Hot Springs. He completely transformed my bathrooms and kitchen and other areas with new tile floors, showers, counter tops, etc. He and his wife did a fantastic job, and did it on-time and on-budget. I have complete trust in Davis as a honest, fair, intelligent and diligent tile installer. As an example of his work, Davis didn’t just lay tile, he installed each piece twice to make absolutely sure that there were no air holes under the tiles. This was no easy task, because I insisted on large format tiles (24X48) and very small grout lines (1/16 in). Highly recommend! I have a second home and come to Palm Springs on short weekends. I had some bees move into a trunk of one of my olive trees. Stephanie came the same day I initially called. She assessed the situation and did the first step the same day. She came the next day to follow up with the second step. She seemed to know quite a bit about the various types of bees, their behavior and what to expect for results. Her technique did not use hazardous chemicals, nor did it harm my olive tree. It has been three months and the bees have not returned. I am very satisfied with the service.

Yasmin.. you’re the best! I am very picky with my hair! I don’t trust anybody else with my hair because it tends to pull the red and brassy colors. Yasmin always knows exactly what to do to keep my perfect blonde color. My hair has never been as long, thick and healthy as it has been since having Yasmin as my hairdresser. I've tried some of the other barbers nearby and YES, Meina is the best when it comes to consistency and how quickly she gets it done every time. We stayed at Sagewater for four days last fall, and I’m still dreaming about it! I left feeling more relaxed than I had in a long, long time. We booked all the rooms for a family gathering, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I loved that every room faces the pool, and having our own kitchenette was such a nice touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the atmosphere wonderfully peaceful. The mid-century vibe was the cherry on top. I can’t wait to come back!

Love this place! This was my second time staying in this sweet little hideaway and I’m already planning my return. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The kitchenettes are perfectly stocked for a few nights. The pools are perfection. It’s quiet and serene with only 7 or 8 rooms. The staff was really helpful with some questions I had and we got to meet the owners who take such good care of the place.
If you’re looking for a super cute, quiet getaway close to Palm Springs and Joshua tree this is your spot!
This place is an absolute dream come true if you are on a healing journey. I chose the room with a private tub and access to the direct Hot Springs and it was tremendous! I love the entire staff there. I would need to list about 20 names to thank everyone, but I would mostly like to say thanks to Alejandra, Monica, and Wayne for the incredible hospitality and experience! Beyond 5+ start review! I went there to recover from a serious health condition and the waters are miraculous and I got tremendously better in two weeks, I cannot wait to go back there and I am going to actually push things up so I can be back in a matter of a few days and continue my healing journey!
These days, all the Korean places are closed, but this place is small and really nice. The outside is very nicely done, and the hot spring bath is clean and nice. I feel so refreshed, and my skin also improves...
Not sure what to expect but I can say after visiting that we would come back. Brought the wife with me after some friends told us about this place over some wine a couple months back. Boy am I glad we walked in those hokey doors. Let’s just say we definitely spiced up our bedroom life, and it wasn't in the bedroom. We stayed from noon to about midnight on a Saturday. Enjoyed the pool and fun in the sun. There’s just something special about being in an enclosed safe space, naked, and hanging out. Yes the facilities can be improved but we're not snobs so it was decent for us. There just isn't anything else like this in California for the right open-minded people.
I very rarely write reviews. However, Jon and Adam deserve the best review possible. They came out to my house today to give me a second opinion on my sewer issue. The pipe had previously been lined but still continued to have roots infiltrating the pipe in one location. The first company that looked at it, quoted me for having the whole pipe relined which is very expensive. Jon and Adam assessed the situation, at no cost for the evaluation, and have determined that there is a much more cost efficient approach. They explained everything to me very clearly. They did not try to oversell me. They are professionals who are extremely experienced and who care about their clients. I highly recommend them!

My home warranty old republic put me in contact with Raymond and since day one he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, he replaced 2 water heaters for me and I was very happy with his service and quality of work, I will definitely be working with him again thanks again Raymond!
We called Steve because of his slogan "Stop looking for a plumber and call Steve" . I have to say he went way above and beyond expectations . He came and diagnosed a problem with our water heater . He gave us a couple of options , gave us a reasonable estimate to replace our water heater and came the very next day and did the work kept to the promised time and cost . I will recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

We are moving into our new house but discovered it was left in a very dirty state - not cool, NOT COOL people! We reached out and got many quotes from cleaners. We are so happy that we went with Squeaky Clean! They came in and cleaned from top to bottom for a very reasonable price. We will be using them again and again. Lopez Tree Service has done a great job trimming our palm trees for several years. They have the proper equipment and are done very quickly.

I saw Dr Hart for the first time today. To say I was impressed is an understatement. His knowledge of dentistry and bed side manner is amazing. He spent a significant amount of time with me explaining in great detail the work that I needed done. He was also helpful in seeking information for another medical problem that had nothing to do with dentistry. I left his office upbeat and optimistic about solving my dental problems that I have had for most of my life. His office staff were nice and efficient from the receptionist all the way down the line. I highly recommend Hart Family Dentistry to everyone.

I was nervous going into this massage because I have a very tender rotator cuff injury. CK took into account my injury (and all other prior injuries and surgeries), and started with my legs--explaining that everything is connected. She could easily see and attend to my weak areas, and she finally worked with my shoulder, and I could see a marked improvement by the end of the session. She is a healer with an Incredible breadth of knowledge, skill, and compassion. She even gave me "homework." I am very grateful for her skill and knowledge AND my recovered range of motion!
I'm so glad that I found this place! I was looking for someone who could help me with my shoulder pain and there aren't many options in Desert Hot Springs when it comes to therapeutic body work. I didn't want to go to a hotel spa or some random inconspicuous place, I wanted results and I got it here. I love that I can choose to add on hot stones or red light therapy for specific areas. This place is like a mix between spa and physical therapy! I'm sure they can provide a relaxing massage, but if you're looking for pain relief, I highly recommend this place.
