The Sagewater Spa accommodation is simple and elegant, with rooms that are quiet, magical, and immaculately clean. The rooms feature a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a roomy closet. The spa's outside spaces offer tables, chairs, and lounge chairs, making it a great place to eat, read, or work outside while enjoying the strong wifi and access to premium streaming networks. This older place has been remarkably well-kept, with a hot pool that is usually very hot and varies a few degrees throughout the day and night. Despite the presence of a little black algae, there is no sign of super chlorination, keeping the pool clean and mellow. Overall, Sagewater Spa is a nice and relaxing place to stay, providing a truly magical experience.

Love this place! This was my second time staying in this sweet little hideaway and I’m already planning my return. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The kitchenettes are perfectly stocked for a few nights. The pools are perfection. It’s quiet and serene with only 7 or 8 rooms. The staff was really helpful with some questions I had and we got to meet the owners who take such good care of the place.
If you’re looking for a super cute, quiet getaway close to Palm Springs and Joshua tree this is your spot!

PERFECT getaway from LA for my husband and I. Simple and elegant, quiet and truly magical. We met the owner, his heart in in this place and we could feel that. We enjoyed floating in the pool and looking a the cloud formations during the day and star gazing at night. Had a massage from the Samata Wellness Spa that occupies one of the rooms there. There's an excellent variety of offerings. The massage was wonderful. 2 nights left us restored and so content. We love everything about this place. I now totally understand the appeal of Desert Hot Springs

The Sagewater Hotel was exactly what i hoped it would be. It's beautiful and quiet. I spent hours just looking up at the stars from the mineral pool. The outside spaces, with tables and chairs (and lounge chairs), are great if you want to eat or read or work outside. The wifi is strong and almost every premium streaming network, from HBO to Netflix, was available. The bed was comfortable, the closet roomy, and the room itself was immaculately clean. Also: having a full kitchen is an incredible bonus, particularly since most of the food in Desert Hot Springs is not very good. To put it mildly. My new favorite hotel.
