Last week was my first visit to the Sharp Rees-Stealy Clinic Del Mar. I was pleasantly surprised! The venue is conveniently located at the Flower Hill Marketplace, sitting above Whole Foods. Take the dedicated elevator & you are welcomed into a very comfortable Craftsman style series of offices. A nurse happened to be exiting the door as I entered, and she kindly escorted me to Dr. Arora's office. Larry was ready at reception and greeted me warmly. He guided me to Radiology after which I returned for my consult with Dr. Aurora after an interview with his NP Megan. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions answered completely.
Dr. Hong is my musculoskeletal doctor. I appreciate him so much for always trying to get me an appointment to see him especially when it's short notice. The care he provides is very much appreciated. He listens, explains and plans in what has to be done for one's comfort for pain and relief. The Del Mar location is a very nice facility in every way except parking can be difficult.
Update: After leaving a 2 star review Sharp contacted me and helped me get rescheduled within a week or two from when my original appointment was. On one had it’s nice that they saw the review and reached out to get me in soon. One the other hand I find it really frustrating that this option was only offered after I made a public complaint. If I didn’t leave a bad review, then I would’ve had to wait the 3 months additionally for a reschedule. I hope that they fix this problem. Im torn between updating to a 3 star or 4 star review because of this. Most of the people I talked to in person and over the phone were extremely nice, so I’ll give them the 4.
