Oh my gosh, if you are looking for a workout that's guaranteed to leave you feeling like you just conquered the impossible, this is the place for you. Spice is my go to class with any of the amazing instructors. They're all trained to push you to your limits and know how to get your heart pumping and feel the burn as they motivate you the whole time. Any level can join this class and you use your body weight. No machinery is involved. All you need to bring is your mat, a towel, and water. They provide the bands, weights, etc if needed for the class. The infrared in the Spice class help you sweat it all out and you just feel so refreshed after!
I have taken 3 classes now and I absolutely LOVE it! I weight train 4x a week and wanted to add a little more cardio and stretching into my weekly routine. My favorite instructors so far are Vanessa and Betsey! They are both very nice and as a new student they always make me feel seen and welcomed! I have done both types of classes they offer SPICE which is a tad easier than SAVOR which has more cardio. By no means are the classes a walk in the park. You will come out drenched in sweat because the rooms are heated to about 100 degrees. It seems like a popular place to workout as the classes are usually full.
