Michelle is such a wonderful stylist as well as a wonderful and warm human being! She helped me deal with a radical change in my hair texture due to chemo and made it an easy and pleasant experience. I’m so glad I found her and this incredible salon.

I cut my hair 2 to 3 weeks ago and the owner daughter cut my hair unfortunately the hair cut was horrible I never had such a hair cut in Life. I wish I told her to stop as i noticed from the beginning she did not seem to have experience . Waiting for me hair to grow back so I can go to a professional place

Beware! I spoke with the owner Michelle Luna who stated she charged whatever she wanted, and her clients paid it. She did not need to give a quote and her prices had not been listed on her website for over 9 years. She told me doing hair should be fun not stressful. So, in other words do not ask her to explain what she is charging you for just pay it. Oh, and be careful with add Ons because without asking you they just do what they feel should be done. I was stuck with her daughter due to my hairdresser was out for the day and after 10 years of going to my hairdresser our business had concluded with one interaction with Michelle Luna. I found Michelle Luna to be rude, arrogant, and with no real concern for the clients who come into her solan. Michelle Luna solon will never have my business again!

I hadn't gotten my hair done in many years and it was important for me to go somewhere that I felt comfortable in and knew exactly what they were doing especially since getting your hair done is always such a big decision! Samantha is the sweetest and is also really talented at what she does! She gave amazing advice and made me feel beautiful with the end result! I am already planning on coming back to book an appointment with her and I cannot express enough how wonderful this salon is. Highly recommend!

I got a balayage and I know it's an artwork but I guess I should've done more research on this place to see if they're able to do blonde coloring. The whole experience was meh and I've been getting my hair done for years now. The coloring was alright but faded after only a few washes. My stylist was on her phone the majority of my appointment and honestly wasn't very attentive, didn't ask me about any products that I use at home or what I colored my hair with in the past, just knew I wanted a balayage with cooler tones. My scalp was also burnt in some areas due to my stylist being on her phone texting while trying to blow dry my hair. She also pulled my hair/head a lot and I have a hard head due to years of dance, so for me to have a headache after the appointment says volumes since nothing usually hurts my head. Overall if you're going to have stylists on your floor that are still learning you should charge a lesser price. This place would be great for root touch ups or haircuts, but doesn't seem like they are there yet with their blonding techniques. They're a great salon, just doesn't have what I need at this moment.

Michelle Luna stayed to be sje charges whatever she wants and has not had her prices on her website for 9 years! I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with her due to my regular hairdresser was unavailable. Her her daughter and one other stylist in there click apparently does not need to disclose their rates and when asked about their are offered. Michelle stated she had long haulers from COVID in her defense however I fail to see how her charging whatever she wants and not disclosing her rates having anything to do with long haulers. She stated her clients pay her whatever she tells them to pay. I was her daughter's client for the day who found talking about rates to stressful so had her mother Michelle Luna call me. Michelle further stated her daughter should only have fun at her job and not be bothered to discuss rates. I am sad to say after 10 years of being a loyal customer Iwas treated rudely by Michelle Luna owner. My hairdresser felt it was best we part ways. The hair color was nice the haircut was not and after meeting the owner I am glad this hair salon will no longer have my business.
