Can't believe they are still in business. I am visiting my kids here for my birthday so decided to make an appt with Gracie for 1pm on a Friday. I drove 35 minutes and was rudely told by Gracie she was running late and I would have to reschedule. When I asked her why she didn't call, she said she was too busy. No apology, she just acted like I was the intruder for bothering her while she was cutting someone's hair. I cancelled my golf game with my buds so I'd be looking daper for my birthday. Gracie could have cared less.
