I initially had a disappointing experience and left unhappy with the quality of my nails. However, Kimmy, the manager, personally reached out and invited me back to have them redone whenever was convenient for me.

One thing I love about this salon is that they have the sweetest customer service. I was getting my nails done by the door and listened as Kimmy (the owner) greeted and thanked everyone personally on their way in and out. She also did a great job on my manicure and was really patient with me while I decided my nail color. I noticed that she gave recommendations when I asked but ultimately encouraged me to make my own decisions on color and shape which I really appreciated. And Mia did a great job on my pedicure too! Truly the sweetest ladies. The mani pedi appointment only took an hour and I left feeling super confident and happy with how my nails turned out :)
This is the best nail salon in North county. My nails have never looked better and I only have to go in once a month. This is a clean well run organized business, very competent and friendly.
