I’ve been rehabbing my shoulder for several months with Sarah at Bespoke Del Mar. I can’t say enough good things about Sarah’s expertise, fun nature, and kindness. She makes me look forward to PT rather than dread it! I am about 90% better and have avoided surgery or injections so yay. Bespoke is wonderful because you get the whole hour with your DPT - no assistants. And if you’re on Medicare it is covered fully by insurance. I love this place.
I highly recommend Sarah Robinson (Doctor Of Physical Therapy) as a knowledgable resource to resolve most any orthopedic problem you may be experiencing. In my case, an unknown event resulted in loss of range of motion in my neck and I could not look to the left, or right, without hitting a wall of pain. On my first visit Sarah captured baseline metrics documenting my range of motion loss. She then used a logical diagnostic process to isolate what was causing the problem - it was actually two different tightened & tender muscle groups (that I could neither spell or pronounce :-). I would highly recommend Bryce when going to Bespoke Physical Therapy. He is very knowledgeable and really understands how to work with his patients. My range of motion has improved so much since working with Bryce
