Cynthia at the shop absolutely made my day. Last year I moved from Sacramento to middle of nowhere Wyoming and, long story short, almost immediately I lost the ball connector on my piercing and hadn't been able to get anywhere to replace it since. I was in civilization again for just two days, didn't have a lot of time, didn't have an appointment, but I knocked on the door and she was very kind to let me come in and pick one out. Amazing piercing shop. been coming here for the past three years and never disappointed. price is also friendly for students like myself. Definitely come check it out if you are thinking about getting new piercings!

The poor lady working here alone was with someone in the back when a rude customer rang the bell twice and wanted her to drop everything for her. She explained that she was working alone and prioritized us customers who had already been waiting. Super clean environment here too. Definitely recommend for a piercing, have no experience with their tattoos.
