It's rare to have a good experience with a contractor, but Joel was wonderful. He was clear in his communication over the phone when I first called, he reached out about his timing on the day of, and he did excellent and quick work. The price was very reasonable and we're very happy with the result. I will definitely recommend Steam Bright moving forward.

My rugs are so much brighter and more colorful, like when purchased! Steam Bright was not only the best price of those I called, they have prompt, friendly customer service. I got on the schedule quickly. Joel cleaned a sofa and some cushions in my home, and took the area rugs away to deep clean. And he did a test on an outdoor cushion for me to see what level of clean I could expect if I wanted to do them all. Excellent service, and everything looks fresh and clean. Clearly the owners care about their business and customers.

We called Steam Bright because we were looking for a local, family owned carpet cleaning business with good reviews. Steam Bright checked all those boxes. What made things better was that all our contacts with the company were very positive and helpful. More to the point, when our area rug came back, it was beautifully cleaned and looked like it was brand new (when, indeed, it is probably at least 25 years old). Joel was very polite and in the course of our short conversation, he gave us an idea for how to get a piece of furniture refinished. This was a very positive experience, and my wife and I highly recommend Steam Bright.
