If you are purchasing a home and need assistance, I highly recommend working with Melanie Loscher. I recently purchased a home in Davis with her help. From the beginning, Melanie fought hard for me. In our purchase offer, Melanie added a clause to ensure that the seller could not receive other offers while I was trying to sell my home. (I came to understand that not all realtors do this, so I really appreciated this tactic to secure my bid.)
