I've been taking my kiddos here for years. I love how quickly they were to get us in and taken care. The front desk representative, Megan, is so helpful. She got our insurance established fast and helped me with getting an itemized receipt instantly, something the call center was not able to assist me well with. Dr. Norton has been able to answer all of our questions throughout my daughter's journey with braces and also explained what would come in the future. I recommend any parents looking for a child centered dentist/orthodontist office to come check out Kids Care Dentist Collective!
The doctor and staff there currently, spring 2026, are solid. Unfortunately this place has been a bit of a rotating door as far as care providers. Current dentist is really thoughtful and personable, and great with my son. Usually we can get in reasonably quick when needed. My son is comfortable there. 👍🏻
We started going here over a decade ago when Dr Mandelaris owned it. After he sold the practice we hung in but the dentists changed often as did the orthodontists and there was so much difference in the approach of each orthodontist that we eventually switched to another orthodontist for continuity of care, and because the last orthodontist we saw was awful.
When Dr Phan joined the practice we were truly thrilled my kids and I loved him and his “bedside” manner. He was clear and thorough and kind but insistent when we had things that needed improvement.
