I do not recommend Kids Care for orthodontics. They only have an orthodontist at the office 2 days a week, so if your child has an issue or emergency they often will need to wait 3 days or longer to be seen. The service here got much worse when they switched to a centralized scheduling office rather than scheduling with your specific office. The scheduling staff are totally disconnected from the individual offices and can't offer any information or guidance. There is no way to contact the individual offices, so the customer service for scheduling is very poor. We had an experience where wire on my child's braces got displaced and was poking their cheek bloody, making it hard to eat or talk. We had to wait a week to have it resolved because the orthodontist was not available at our office. When I asked if there was anywhere else my child could be seen or any other options, I was told no by the scheduling office. When we finally got to go in to resolve the pokey wire, the staff told me that we shouldn't have waited so long to come in - so there is a real lack of integration across the centralized call center and the office staff. My advice is to go to an orthodontist that you can call and talk to a person that actually works in the office where you will be a patient!

If your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled by the office, the doctors are very nice. But we have three kids, and not exaggerating, for 50% of appointments, they have called day of or 1-2 days before to say a doctor is out and they need to reschedule. One of these rescheduled appointments was for a braces adjustment and was pushed out 30 days because that was soonest available. If your doctors are sick this often, you need more doctors.

This was an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. We called to set up an appointment to have my son’s chipped tooth repaired, which this dentist had previously fixed already. We were told the tooth would be fixed on a Saturday, 2 days later. My son was relying on this appointment, as it is not fun to have a chipped from tooth. We then found out right before the appointment that they never intended to fix the tooth on Saturday, they just wanted us to come in for an “exam” to see the tooth and then schedule a future date to fix it. Obviously they make more money this way with multiple appointments, but the real problem is when they lie to parents and kids about what they plan to do. Had they just told the truth that it would be multiple appointments and co-pays, I would have set up an appointment with a better dentist. Shameful.

I've been taking my kiddos here for years. I love how quickly they were to get us in and taken care. The front desk representative, Megan, is so helpful. She got our insurance established fast and helped me with getting an itemized receipt instantly, something the call center was not able to assist me well with. Dr. Norton has been able to answer all of our questions throughout my daughter's journey with braces and also explained what would come in the future. I recommend any parents looking for a child centered dentist/orthodontist office to come check out Kids Care Dentist Collective!

The doctor and staff there currently, spring 2026, are solid. Unfortunately this place has been a bit of a rotating door as far as care providers. Current dentist is really thoughtful and personable, and great with my son. Usually we can get in reasonably quick when needed. My son is comfortable there. 👍🏻

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place was great before they were bought out by Kids Care. You will never be able to call the office. They strictly use call centers in the Philippines. High turnover of receptionists and dentists. The refuse to share any phone numbers that you can call the office directly. I literally had to message the CEO, CFO, and CMO on LinkedIn to get across to them that they suck. They owed me $700 and could not communicate why it wasn’t being refunded until the CFO finally responded.
