I confess. I made a mistake. My clients got an accepted offer and I forgot to send the contract to The Sinor Group, the lender who my clients had decided to work with. EIGHT days late, I sent the contract on to them and they STILL got the job done on time for the buyers to comply with the contract and safely remove their contingencies. Once again, thanks to Cara, the challenging world of real estate sales seems like a cakewalk. Thank you sooooo much!
This is the group you want to go with if you are buying or refinancing a home. Cara is super duper attentive, very responsive, and knows what she is talking about. Best of all, she is über organized, presents upfront what to expect, and not pushy in the least. We chose to end up selling, but will utilize Cara and the Guild's services in the future if we stay local. Highly recommend.
