I've had my eyebrow done by them once when they were at the University Mall. This time, I am not sure if it was because they were in a rush or something but the service was not great :( It was extremely quick compared to the person in front of me and my last time. It felt like there was no care. There were hairs left on my eyebrow and I didn't want to ask since they were in a rush. It was also a little painful -- I have high pain tolerance and threading never hurts for me. They also raised the price from $10 to $14. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I will come back. :( Very disappointed. I hate to give this place such a disappointing review. It's a nice place they have albeit the surrounding area.
