I never thought I would be a cat person or own a cat until I visited here. It took one visit for me to absolutely fall in love with my kitty and know I needed to adopt him. The amazing workers here are passionate about what they do and answered my million questions about my kitty and helped calm my anxiety on doing anything wrong. Of course temperament, personality, and history will impact how an animal is, but my Luke came home loving everyone and desensitized to touch including on his paws and belly. This was our cats' first vet visit (and ours as new pet parents too) so we were ALL a little nervous going in even just for a wellness check . The team at Cat Tales was SO incredibly kind, reassuring, capable, and flexible, it made for a calm, smooth, and quick visit. Even when one of our kittens was absolutely not having it with some medication, the staff handled it with grace and ease. We are so grateful!
Started taking our senior cat to Cat Tales recently, after we had just moved into town. The staff here is wonderful! They are so gentle and thoughtful with our little guy; they are determined to make it as stress free of an experience as possible and work hard to resolve any problems your cat may be facing. We had to board our cat overnight with them too, and we got call and text updates the whole time. If you're worried about your purr babies, you will not find a more caring staff anywhere!
