I am so impressed with every single thing about Autobahn and cannot thank Gene, Vlad & David enough for their superior customer service and exceptional work. I should note that my case was complicated and that I had many questions and concerns. They explained everything patiently and thoroughly (just like they did 3 years ago when we lived in Davis and had a previous accident), and repaired my Prius so that it looks brand new. Best mechanic shop, no bullshit, very honest, friendly people. They saved me today while I was stranded with a car emergency hours away from my home. Since I was stranded and don’t know anything about cars, they could’ve sold me pretty much anything and I would’ve had to take it. But Gene, David, and Vlad are all kind and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything and charged a fair price for the work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!!
