If I can give this place a Zero star, I would! This has got to be the worst customer service experience we have received in our lives. We received a recall letter for my Kia Niro car and the engine light has been coming up for that reason so we dropped our car at this location to get this recall fixed. We didn’t hear from them in awhile so my husband called to find out what’s taking so long and they told us that they didn’t have the part of the recall needed to fix the problem and they needed to keep my car until they receive the part which they didn’t know when that will be. I’ve been servicing my Kia Soul with them for 6 -7yrs. Took it yesterday for oils change, got the recommended 75000 miles minimum service as the oil change was almost half of the price for it. I asked them to check a noise coming from front left wheel. Got the call to pick it up, no other information given.The noise continued. When I looked at the summary it only says brakes and rotors. Then found out left front brake pads are at 2 mm. The work list says they sprayed the pads. BUT NO ONE TOLD ME WHAT THE ISSUE WAS - EVER.I guess will have to look for another Kia dealer to service my car as it still has warranty.

Purchased a new 2023 Kia Sorrento. Was promised a few free oil changes. Never got them all I got was attitude from service department. On top of that, they really tried to double their price for an oil change and tire rotation. I called other Kia dearships who beat their price by a lot. Also, I scheduled a recall. They made the appointment, but when we got there, they didn't have the part and made it seem like it was my fault. All in all, I was very displeased with this dealership.
