After a faulty HVAC installation from a different company, they made the corrections and followed-up on services. The team is quick and figured out what the issue was, so customers did not have to go a whole weekend without AC. When calling, a real person answers, not an AI. The service is really professional, really solid, and the guys that came to do the service were nice. After an initial assessment, the sales team explained what was needed, and the install was efficient and flawless. The staff was warm, competent, and respectful. They are definitely accountable and honest in their profession. Customers had a very good experience starting with a clear picture of what was genuinely needed. The work was done timely, and the home feels so much more comfortable, with utility bills going down significantly. They also came out immediately after a call, provided the most competitive bid, and completed the work efficiently.
Every time I have Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air come out to inspect something, they are incredibly reliable, helpful, and straightforward. I trust the expertise of the techs and service agents who come out to shoot me straight and tell me what needs to be done and/or what can wait for a more convenient time. Having an annual subscription gives me some ease whenever anything is amiss that I can get help and I wont need to wait. I really enjoy the service I get from them and I recommend their expertise.
Called them after Same Day Plumbing, Heating & Cooling said I had an appointment from 8-10 and they just completely no showed on me. The team at Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air was quick, figured out what the issue was and we didn’t have to go a whole weekend without AC because other companies only want to book appointments for Monday. Also, when I called I got a real person, not an AI. Highly recommend. Will be doing their membership as well as it includes 2 annual AC checkups. And they also mentioned plumbing checks. Really professional, really solid service and nice guys that came to do the service.
My 25+ year ACUnitt stopped working in spring and after getting multiple quotes decided to choose APHA...glad we did! After their initial assessment, the sales team explained what was needed. The install was efficient and flawless. The staff was warm, competent and respectful. They even covered the cost of a circuit board that needed replacement because it was not part of the job on the initial assessment. They are definitely accountable and honest in their profession. I will definitely choose them to replace my furnace and attend to my HVAC needs. Thank you, APHA!!!
