We had our carpet cleaned about 6 months ago from another local company and it just didn't seem clean. Tri Valley came out Tuesday afternoon and I'm amazed at how clean the carpet looks. It actually looks like a new carpet. I'm so happy with the results I highly recommend this company. Also the technician was very helpful and considerate

I chose this company because they are a locally owned and operated business. They did not disappoint. I was in crisis after my toddler Sharpied all over my house including a couch that was less than a year old. I called Nick at TVCC with some hope he could help me. I immediately felt his empathy for my situation even though he couldn’t promise that he could get the stains out. I was ready to give it a shot, and Nick was prompt and professional when he arrived at my house. He totally over delivered and got 90% of the stains out snd I am thrilled with the result. I would recommend them to anyone!
