Today was a day! Our dog needed seizure meds refilled and while the vet team had sent it in (and resent it in), CVS continued to say they didn’t have it. It took multiple phone calls to both offices, and while it’s easy to get through to Tassajara Vet, it’s an ordeal to call CVS. When I called the vet the last time to see what other options I had as CVS was just terrible… I found out that Courtney and Mariah, absolute gems, had taken matters into their own hands. Mariah walked over to CVS with the prescription in hand to make sure the meds were filled as Charlie can not go without them. I've been a client at Tassajara Veterinary Clinic for 25+ years. Dr. Johnson, Dr. Dowd and their entire staff provides the best quality care and expertise. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Their facility is equipped with the latest technology. I truly appreciate the compassionate care they've provided for all our pets.
Took my pup there in August 2023 for the first time. Front desk can be friendlier but Dr. Johnson is great. He is nice & tentative. I appreciate that I don't feel like being forced to do many tests.
